The Science Diplomats / ASEAN Science Diplomats Assembly
Glenn Banaguas is the founder of The Science Diplomats and the ASEAN Science Diplomats Assembly. In 2010, he founded the Science Diplomacy initiative through Climate Smart Philippines: Science for Service, which would later expand across ASEAN through the US-ASEAN Science and Technology Fellowship in 2016.
Across more than a decade, he has championed science diplomacy as a practical instrument for resilience, cooperation, and service — building a regional cohort of scientists, diplomats, policymakers, and educators committed to evidence-informed action across Southeast Asia.
